Diversity and Inclusion: The Coaching Key to Success

There is a coach for everything! Coaches for social media, mentoring, company processing, parenting, love, physical health, metaphysical health...the list goes on!


Personal and professional development is a huge industry and for good reason. We are turning a corner in our understanding of existence and want (need) to be ready for what's on the other side. And while I'm proud to be part of a community so rich with knowledgeable professionals who have learned skills to help others succeed, I've also noticed something that this community somewhat lacks within its walls and also within its teaching: diversity and inclusion.


My mission is to empower working professionals seeking to master their success personally and professionally. Rooted in a holistic approach, my coaching programs focus on enhancing presentation skills and regulating the nervous system—key pillars in overcoming obstacles and achieving personal and professional growth.

At the core of our mission lies a deep commitment to diversity and inclusion; recognizing that embracing diverse perspectives, experiences, and ideas is not only essential for driving innovation but also paramount to individual and organizational success.


While it is intoxicating to see a well dressed poised human speak on stage with confidence and vigor, those with less of a natural ability or maybe a unique delivery style aren't given the same opportunities. And the same goes for teaching the skills to master presenting or public speaking. Those who are "different" are given instruction to try to drown out the parts of themselves that are individualistic, and immolate an outdated presentation style. Not much diversity in thought and not much inclusion in the styles of the presenter.


Anchored Hub is dedicated to creating an inclusive environment where every individual feels valued, respected, and empowered with an understand that diverse teams are more adept at problem-solving and innovation, as they bring a breadth of insights and approaches to the table. By fostering a culture of inclusivity, I empower my clients to embrace their unique strengths and perspectives, leading to greater confidence and success in their professional endeavors.
